I had previously visited the online shop for Lauren Conrad’s The Little Market, and would briefly scroll through the items for sale, doing some online window shopping. It was not until I visited the brick and mortar location shortly after it opened in the Palisades Village that I finally purchased some items, learned more about the business, and became a fan of the store’s cause, and of course aesthetic.
The Little Market is a nonprofit and store that only sells fair trade products made by artisans that they directly work with. When I purchased my items in the store, they came with a little card that explained the company’s mission, and let me know who made the product and where they live in the world. Beyond empowering artists around the world and providing opportunities for those who truly need them, The Little Market in general sells great items.
Here are a few of my favorite items;
The Little Market has the best tote bags, these are just two of my favorites, be kind (which supports the kind campaign) and here for the pie.
These wooden bowls, and this adorable wooden coffee spoon
This striped ceramic mug in blush
This lovely laundry basket in white
And the candle I purchased, in the smell pie crust, which lasts forever and makes my room so cozy
And, if you have a chance, you should stop by their store in the Palisades Village, in Pacific Palisades, California.
