- If you enjoy space films like Arrival and The Martian but thought they needed to be cheesier
- If you believe scientists and think we will all probably end up on Mars one day, so you want to get a better look at what life in space is like
- If you are a fan of Gary Oldman and would be really surprised to find out he is in this movie
- If you want to see a film approved by both Bill Nye and Neil deGrasse Tyson (for real though, look it up)
- If you love the acting skills of Asa Butterfield and/or his adorable face
