The Americana at Brand is an outdoor shopping area in Glendale, California, with a fancy name and better options than The Grove(or at least that it was I think). Both shopping venues, The Grove and The Americana at Brand, were built and now run by the same company so you’ll probably notice similarities between the two. However, The Americana has better shopping options plus there is a Galleria, a Target, and more shops and restaurants adjacent to The Americana. If you cannot find what you are shopping for in this area, then you may never find it (except maybe Amazon because they seem to have everything).
As mentioned, The Americana at Brand is in Glendale, California, about twenty minutes north of downtown Los Angeles. I accidentally happened upon free parking by pulling into the garage right next to Target. If you park for free at Target just walk towards the street and then left, and you will be walking towards The Americana, Galleria, and all of the places to eat. Self-park at The Americana is free for the first hour and then charges you after that. There is also valet parking available.
The Americana has a movie theater, many shops you would find at a mall, like Anthropologie, Sephora, Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, etc., and trendy eateries such as Sugarfina, Lemonade, Sprinkles Cupcakes, and Pie Hole.
The following photos were taken at The Americana at Brand, during which the shopping area was decorated for the Lunar New Year:
