I would think a few reasons you would visit Rodeo Drive would include you love fashion and prominent fashion designers, you like people watching, you are trying to spot some celebrities, your favorite film is Pretty Woman, or you are traveling with someone who has an interest in any of the four previous reasons.
Rodeo Drive is a small street in Beverly Hills lined with storefronts for some of the top fashion designers in the world. It is also lined with expensive cars, tour buses, palm trees, and “Rodeo Drive Walk of Style” plaques honoring designers. At the end of the road you will find the lovely Beverly Wilshire hotel, where most of the film Pretty Woman is set, and where you will find a place to eat with outdoor seating. The options are limited for eating on Rodeo Drive itself, but there are plenty of places to eat if you do not mind exploring the streets nearby. If you are driving, then you will probably park a street over anyways and can check out your options for food. There are multiple parking garages around Rodeo Drive, but most of structures offer free parking for the first hour or two which is great if your are making a quick visit.
The photos below include pictures of Rodeo Drive, the front of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, two of the commemorative “Rodeo Drive Walk of Styles” plaques on the sidewalk for Donatella and Gianni Versace, and some of my favorite store fronts including Gucci, House of Bijan, Ralph Lauren, Saint Laurent, and Louis Vuitton.
